Ronette Druskovich

Ronette is a Senior Lawyer in the Business Team at Rainey Collins Lawyers in Wellington.  She is the current secretary of the Capital Property Investors Association and also runs the Women’s Group for Capital Property.  Ronette has spoken at a number of seminars and conferences aimed at new property investors.  She has also recently spoken on the use of trusts at the Brightstart Trusts Conference and for a Radio New Zealand documentary.  She has provided written content for both the NZ Property Investor Magazine and for Franchise Magazine and has recently been speaking on changes to the Unit Titles Act. 
Ronette first bought property in 1992 and for the last 5 years has focussed on her personal property investment portfolio.  Graduating from the University of Auckland in 1999 she has extensive experience in property, commercial and company law.  Prior to entering the law Ronette worked in the government and finance sectors.
Through her experience and knowledge Ronette provides a wide range of pragmatic advice to both her clients and to the people that attend the seminars and conferences she speaks at.  Ronette believes that education is the key to expanding wealth and that the right professional advice can make a big difference.
